ROOF COATINGS

Concrete and clay tiles do not last forever but now there is a way to extend the life of your roof- a renovation and total waterproofing system.

Clay and concrete roof tiles have a limited life, becoming porous as the effects of acid rain, pollution and bird lime eats away the water resistant surface. Erosion is also accelerated when wet tiles freeze and thaw during the winter. The increase in weight of soaked tiles adds further stress to the roof shortening its life expectancy.

We will first clean the roof removing dirt, moss and lichen. Then replace broken tiles and will include the repointing. Fungicide is then applied to eliminate further moss and lichen growth. 2 layers of a unique micro porous roof coating that is totally waterproof but allows the roof to breathe.

UPVC INSTALLATION

Not many of us would fancy working 16ft off the ground, handling heavy boards that could be 5 metres long. Roofline installation is not a DIY job and the results of a good installation by a professional team are very satisfying to see.

We offer a full warranty on all installations which are carried out by our team.

During the installation process our fitting team will remove all existing fascia, soffit, bargeboard, cladding, guttering and downpipes. The our Roof guard is then fitted to give permanent replacement to the existing felt.

The gutters and downpipes are available in a choice of white, grey, black or brown to suit the style of your home, with the gutters being square or half round.

CLADDING

Our 125mm Shiplap Cladding is designed with an extended tongue and groove leg which helps make for neat and smart installations.

The cladding is for exterior use and will give an excellent appearance to any project as well as practical weather protection for your property.

It will appear like purposely painted timber and is available in white, grain or brown.

NEW ROOFS

We use breathable fleet and install new wooden lats. We also offer a service fitting new garage fibreroofs. No seams and no joints, just one complete unit!
